SingapoReimagine MICE Virtual Show 2021 was the first such collaboration between Singapore Tourism Board and local MICE players. We teamed up with MICE Neurol on this inaugural virtual event.
The show featured a locally curated programme that included cultural and leisure tours, culinary masterclasses and live panel discussions with industry leaders.
Innovation in a time of disruption
Because the show was the first of its kind, we had to ensure that the portal was easily navigable. On top of that, it also had to be distinguishable between the different days and segments.
The platform also facilitated 1-on-1 virtual meetings between participants, and up to 40 leading industry stakeholders.
Seamless connectivity
Participants and leading suppliers interacted via an events portal, where they could access live streams of cultural and leisure tours.
Other exciting activities included culinary masterclasses by local celebrity chefs like Malcolm Lee from Candlenut and crowd favourite, Janice Wong.
Passion Made Possible
To further enhance the experience, we employed the same graphics system and colour scheme to the experience kits sent to selected participants.
Having the kits allowed them to participate alongside the 7 unique experiences exclusively curated for them, or they could also enjoy the activities at their own pace.
Results
The two-day event showcased reimagined experiences, and generated new business opportunities for about 700 participants.
